Sting of Death

1 Corinthians 15:55 “O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?”

Will you feel the sting of death?  Obviously there is a sting and a victory death has, because Paul is mocking it.  And why does he mock it?  Because he knows he and other believers are comfortably in Jesus Christ’s eternal REST.  Death will not separate him from Jesus Christ.  Paul knows when he dies, which is inevitable, it will not hurt or be painful because he is saved. He is unafraid of that day, because there will be no regrets, no clinging to worldly things any longer, the sinful flesh will be buried in the grave while his soul will immediately come into the presence of the God Almighty and His peaceful eternity, awaiting Judgment day when he is given a new glorious incorruptible body.

Death will have a sting and a victory over those who are living for the here and now. You will miss a fallen sinful world, and then regret you passed on believing in the only one who could of saved you, Jesus Christ.  Those not in Jesus Christ’s rest fear death and what it will bring and what they will lose.  I think every human being outside of Christ knows they gain NOTHING by death.  What will be missed? Sin, lust, pride, selfishness, boasting, worldly things, so death certainly will sting and it will keep on stinging.

On Judgment Day those who died a world religion such as Roman Catholicism will greatly feel the sting further as God will show them that it was NOT through Mary, not through rituals or tradition fallacies one could be saved, but only through Jesus Christ whom they would not submit to.  Matt 7:21-23 promises this by, “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

The great STING will be realized when Jesus says “‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’”

Don’t waste anymore time! Death is at everyone’s door. We cannot rid ourselves of death. Want to really LIVE??  Then trust in Jesus Christ’s redemption!  Trust that He saved you from this death and removed every bit of the sting!  You will mock death because it has NO MORE power over you!

How great a Savior, Jesus Christ!!  No one on earth deserved any part of His redemption, but He left His eternal throne and did this!

THERE IS NO GREATER LOVE THAN JESUS CHRIST’S!

What is preventing you from this eternal rest?  Is it your world religion as they put roadblocks up?  Sure, you might boast all day and night on social media how your church is the only way to salvation, but you fool no-one. You do fear the sting of death because you removed Jesus Christ as the ONLY WAY.  You fear the sting because your world religion has told you to not to be certain, that there is much to do, when in fact Jesus Christ said it IS FINISHED, DONE!

Infallibile Source

Despite Roman Catholics fallible humanistic error in saying the RCC is the infallible source, Scripture is the ONLY infallible source given by God.  His revealed infallible truth is contained in the pages of Scripture, not in a corrupt man-made organization which says “depend on me”, and preaches uncertainty always in Jesus Christ.

Why is Scripture rejected as the only infallible source?  It always has been! It is part of man’s fallen nature.  God cannot do this is the thought. He cannot just reveal His truth this way without humans giving Him permission to do so and by human involvement. How dare He even try to do enlighten His children that way is the humanism sentiment.

Why do Roman Catholics reject this infallible source?  Because it exposes all the flaws in Roman Catholicism.  It exposes their idolatry and open idol worship, and when light shines on darkness it is not a fun experience.  So you will see a similar fight from Catholics as you will see from atheists or agnostics when the Bible is mentioned as THE standard bearer of truth.  Is this not revealing?

I have seen strains of atheism and agnosticism in Roman Catholic faith based on rejecting the only infallible source of Scripture, it is rather quite obvious. You have Catholics who will claim evolution for example is an absolute fact, and the Genesis accounts as mere allegories.  Trying to pin down Catholic’s faith by Scripture is also a vain attempt. They do not believe in Scripture as their infallible source for one thing.

A Catholic’s infallible source?  Fallen human beings, fallen human tradition.  They have set sinful human beings and fallen tradition ABOVE Scripture. Thus you will have a disconnect in communication with any Catholic if you were not aware of this.  You are speaking from one infallible source, Scripture, they are speaking from everything but Scripture.

Catholics, your entire eternal future rests upon a fallen sinful human being’s view on your faith. Do you not believe it is time to TEST this by an actual TRUTH source?  Read and study Scripture without any other source, without presuppositions, without importing doctrines, without viewing it as LESS THAN WORTHY in your mind, without viewing it as BELOW your magisterium and tradition. Do this before it is too late!

Protestants are not your enemy Catholics. Sin is and was always your enemy and sadly you have accepted sin in your life, thus the TRUTH of Scripture is a hard thing.

Worldly Christians?

Acts 26:15: So I said, ‘Who are You, Lord?’ And He said, ‘I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. 16 But rise and stand on your feet; for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to make you a minister and a witness both of the things which you have seen and of the things which I will yet reveal to you. 17 I will deliver you from the Jewish people, as well as from the Gentiles, to whom I now send you, 18 to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.’

Is there such a thing as an unsanctified worldly Christian? Scripture clearly says no! As seen the example of Paul, when God converts the sinner by a new heart they are set apart, in other words sanctified. Set apart from the world and their old life.  Too often what we see in the church are the wafflers. They are excited for a season or two, and then the enthusiasm for Jesus Christ leaves, they go back to the world.

Jesus explains who these worldly “Christians” are in Matthew 13:18 “Therefore hear the parable of the sower: 19 When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is he who received seed by the wayside. 20 But he who received the seed on stony places, this is he who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy; 21 yet he has no root in himself, but endures only for a while. For when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he stumbles. 22 Now he who received seed among the thorns is he who hears the word, and the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful.

The modern church mostly ignores this type of discernment. All must be accepted and testing of the congregation is deemed offensive. “How dare you judge me”, is the guilt virtue signaling call in the modern church. Saying that you “love Jesus Christ”, is a shallow statement. The proof comes in your testimony, what your life has become, not in vain declarations or a Facebook post here and there.

The proof is in the Gospel you believe but just as importantly in your desire to share! Not as a hobby or a chore, but because the Gospel has become apart of you!

We can give the benefit of the doubt initially in a declaration of faith, but do NOT pass on the discernment time. If the sinner falls away when tribulation or persecution comes, or because they have never really left the world, or over time is just not understanding the word of God, the discernment flag should go up.  This is where testing comes in.

Some will get highly agitated if the mere question of sinful behavior or obvious worldliness comes in. They do not want to repent nor provide an example to the Christian church and make no bones about it. You are just some legalist in their mind who is just too Christian for the modern church.  It is not legalism I am proposing, but DISCERNMENT.  It is not using one extreme (legalism) for another extreme (non-repentance).

Discernment is knowing the difference is between almost right, and right!

It is not offensive to challenge anyone who claims Christianity for their testimony and witness in Jesus Christ! It is not offensive to challenge anyone who claims Christianity on a sin or their worldly endeavors. If you do get push back and a gas-lighting (making you the villain) or some type of victimhood signaling, the discernment on this could be very well telling you that you exposed a tare among the wheat.

Another test to give is on repentance. If the sin is being worldly, your challenge should be to point out repentance. Those sanctified are set apart, so there should be NO issue in this challenge. Those not set apart by God will resist, fight, protest, and then rationalize why you would challenge them. There will be excuses as well.

John says this 1 John 2:15  Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

If your challenge to one is “do not love the world”, and they say “yea, but I love the world”, you can reach discernment in whether they were set apart or not. It is that simple. The church is infested with tares and false converts based on the years of zero discernment and accountability to the truth. As Jesus said “the wicked one” has been doing this. The “wicked one” (Satan) has many false teachers in his employ, and they are trained to use everything at their sinful disposal.

Discern others for the sake of the church, Jesus is building. It is the duty of those set apart by God so the Gospel goes forth!

Part-time Christians?

Philippians 3:13, “Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead”

Is there such a thing as being a part-time Christian?  All we need to do is read the book of the Acts of the Apostles for this answer which is a clear No!  If we read the general exhortations of names in the other NT epistles from John, Peter and Paul for example, you also get the answer of no, there aren’t part-time Christians.  You are either growing and maturing in your Christian walk, or you are not growing or maturing at all.

Let me explain why.  A sinner from birth is depraved, incapable to even believe in God or in the person and work of Jesus Christ. Our fallen nature shows us being as rebels to God, dead set to destroy His kingdom, to fight to our last breath against Him. Some believe they have a cooperative agreement with God, so they give Him the terms of their surrender through their world religion and unless God agrees to these terms, the war will continue.

Jesus makes a definitive statement in John 3:3 when He said ““Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”  Despite the world and its religions telling Jesus “this is how one is born again”, the statement stands. It will be only by God’s regenerating hand on a sinner’s heart which makes them into a new creation.

Enter the part-time Christian. By most likely moral guilt through a world religion, they were told they have been born-again.  State this creed, participate in this ritual, and POOF we now declare you a new creation. The problem is the sinner is not a new creation, but had been deceived in this notion. So they attend church on Sunday out of guilt not in any rest in Jesus Christ, recite some creeds, and the rest of the week they live for the devil.  Their so-called Christianity is part-time. For an hour or two a week they blend in with Christians, the rest of the week they blend in with the world.

The part-timer really has no testimony in Jesus Christ. After years and years of claiming Christianity, they really don’t have much to state in their witness other than possibly some boasts in themselves and their church attendance or sacrament participation.  Their testimony will be as disjunctive and obscure as their part-time involvement in Christianity.  They might just like the ambiance of the church and hang around, but God has not yet regenerated their heart and their part-time involvement is the evidence.

The other mark of a part-time Christian is their passivity towards the Gospel. The Gospel needs to be hidden in some venues, and when it is OK and self-preservation is realized only then does this part-timer declare the Gospel, of course, apologetically not to offend the sinner. But when the coast is clear and it self-preservation is assured, only then they might share the Gospel.  They will appease sin on demand, they can’t upset or offend unbelievers because the commitment to Christianity is not really there.

Another mark of a part-time Christian is the use of Christianity only in the time of need. They may be down on their luck, a health issue, or a job interview coming up, and POOF they throw on the Christian hat during this time believing God should be bestowing them their wishes. As soon as the dilemma passes, the hat goes off, they go back into the world blending right in until the next crisis.

Other part-time Christians use Christianity for popularity. I shall post a Bible verse on my Facebook wall now and then and see how many likes I get from other Christians is an example which comes to mind.  The other posts on the FB wall are all contrary to the Gospel mind you, all worldly things, but let’s throw a bone out there every so often out of guilt to the Christian world. Or I shall sing in the choir where people notice my voice and talent, but have no intention to fellowship with others outside of this.

Part-time Christians are easy to spot especially on social media. Your online presence should be no different than offline.  If you are using Christianity on a part-time basis, your posts and comments coincide.

But Jesus said to him, “No one, after putting his hand to the plow and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”
Jesus clearly says there is no such thing as a part-timer in His Kingdom. If you are lukewarm He says this about you Revelation 3:16  So because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of My mouth.
If you find yourself lukewarm but still have this innate love for God? Ask yourself what is getting in your way. Is it family, friends, your career, or other worldly things?  Or is it a sin you just won’t let go of and repent of.  Examine yourself if you have truly were born-again if this is the case. Pray to God earnestly that He changes your heart.  Part-time Christians are not guiding anyone to Jesus Christ, you lead them away by your hypocrisy.

8 Convicting questions (please reflect on each one).

1. Have you shared the Gospel freely today? If not, why?

2. Have you spent anytime in Scripture today?

3. What steps are you making to grow and mature in the Holy Spirit?

4. What is your passion? Is it to give God the glory or are you still seeking worldly cooperation and popularity?

5. What are you doing in the church?  Are you equipping others, helping others, supporting others, teaching others?

6. Reflect on your testimony and witness in Jesus Christ. Do you have one? If so, has this testimony grown or is it stagnant and out-dated.

7. What do you see as your mission in life? Is it to come and go out of the world, or did God really separate you from the world.

8. What is your top priority?  Is it God’s glory and Kingdom, or it is your popularity and esteem or possibly others in your life.

Tough and Competent

The Kranz Dictum                                                                                                                                                             In my book called the Roman Catholic Problem, I quote a NASA mission director named Gene Kranz.  There is another phrase he used which can be transposed to those walking in Jesus Christ sharing the Gospel.  It is called the Kranz Dictum, a speech he gave to NASA mission control after the Apollo 1 disaster where 3 astronauts perished.

Kranz said “From this day forward, Flight Control will be known by two words: “Tough” and “Competent”. Tough means we are forever accountable for what we do or what we fail to do. We will never again compromise our responsibilities. Every time we walk into Mission Control we will know what we stand for. Competent means we will never take anything for granted. We will never be found short in our knowledge and in our skills. Mission Control will be perfect. When you leave this meeting today you will go to your office and the first thing you will do there is to write “Tough and Competent” on your blackboards. It will never be erased. Each day when you enter the room these words will remind you of the price paid by Grissom, White, and Chaffee. These words are the price of admission to the ranks of Mission Control.”

Tough and Competent for the Gospel!

The modern church and Christian leaders should all have this sentiment.  It should be the marching call to every person in your congregation.  Too often I hear the passivity and excuses as to why one can neither be tough or competent, as it it might offend a sinner on their way to hell.  Too often a Roman Catholic is appeased because being tough and competent might offend their obvious unbelief in Jesus Christ’s person and finished work. What I have seen from the church and some Christian leaders sadly is the sentiment of  “be passive and deceive the masses through incompetence.”

Do not apologize for the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

I love this sentiment “tough and competent”!! If you have born-again, God basically tells you to do the same thing about your new life. Tough meaning you are forever accountable for what you do or what you fail to do, and your new nature means you will never again compromise to sin or fail to repent.  Competent meaning you will never take God’s grace for granted again. You desire to be enlightened by God through the inner teachings of the Holy Spirit, and instead of being incompetent as in your former life, you are now competent, illuminated and enlightened by God. Each day when you enter God’s mission field, these words will remind you of the price paid by Jesus Christ. These words are the price of admission to the ranks of the church Jesus is building!

Do not take this new life in Christ for granted! Do not be lazy! Do not give excuses! And more importantly in this toughness and competence DO NOT LOVE THE WORLD!

Kranz’ poetic words can be transposed to the Christian.  God will never tolerate carelessness, incapacity, and neglect with a new creation.  It is discipline from Him which will come if these things happen. If discipline is not coming, examine your faith in Him.  God does NOT employ part-time Christians or seasonal Christians, don’t fool yourself.

The first thing Kranz acknowledges is their shortcomings, where they screwed up.  We must do the same with our own stumbling!  Acknowledge we are only perfect IN Jesus Christ.  Acknowledge our past and former life of evil on our mind, learn from it, and repent of it.  As Christians we should NEVER tolerate sin and shortcomings. The excuse machine and rationalizations should be now pathetic in your life and should not be used.  Jesus died a horrific death because of our sins! Taking this lightly by excuses is spitting on this work!  Do not do this!

As a Christian strive to be tough and competent each day! Stay in the word of God!  He shows you the way, gives us the tools to do this.  Don’t compromise the Gospel or appease sinners, be always tough and competent, stand firm and bold!  If the Holy Spirit indwells you, He has given you every necessary tool to do so!

Never take a new life in Christ for granted! Not even for a minute!

Fake Christians

1 John 1:6, “If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.”

Careful discernment is needed to expose fake Christians, especially on online social media communities.  Some may befriend you but are vipers in waiting, ready to strike or abandon you in front of the enemy.  They might jump in a conversation and support you one day or weeks, and then in an instant turn on you. So trusting the enemy is often done without your knowledge, especially when we cannot get the whole picture of someone online.  The enemy can by sheer deception string you along online, whispering sweet nothings in your ear, showing a vain support of you, always ready to betray you and strike you when you are the most vulnerable.

Judas would of had a hay-day online if he had this platform!

So how can we discern fake Christians online?  It is difficult but never impossible.  First, try to discern what is the Gospel they adhere to. Sometimes this is bypassed if all are witnessing to Roman Catholics for example. Do they believe in the triune God, one God in three distinct persons for example. What is their idea on God’s sovereignty in salvation, His holiness, and sin are more subjects to inquire about.  What is their view of Scripture as their authority or is man their end point.  How is one saved and what are they saved from is another key question online.   Over time you should be able to discern the genuine nature of the Christian’s Gospel.  If it is part of their life, you should be seeing this online just as you would offline!

So time does expose the Christian play-actors!

Titus 1:16 – They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work.

Time and circumstances usually exposes the play actors.  Over time you might never see them, or they are come and going. Or they erratic in their online presence, seemingly willing to be committed to sharing the Gospel, but then unwilling.  Circumstances may expose them as when they are needed by other Christians in some form, they expose themselves as not capable or lazy or a combination of the two.  Circumstances may expose the false gospel they might be adhering to. Over time they might of been on your team, witnessing to Roman Catholics, and then one day they bite you in the back with their own false gospel or they abandon you in front of the enemy.

Abandonment is a key to exposing a fake Christian!

Are they hiding their faith in private closed groups? Or is it seamless across the board is another question in this discernment.

John 3:21, “But whoever practices the truth comes into the Light, so that it may be seen clearly that what he has done has been accomplished in God.”

Another way to discern those online, is by their witness and testimony in Jesus Christ. This should always be freely given and worn on the sleeve.  Christian faith is a PUBLIC faith.  We cannot know online who is who without this.  It is sad, but there are many who use Christianity for popularity. They are play-actors. They have learned all the taglines, even Scripture, but their lives have never been regenerated.  They use Christianity to build their self-esteem and popularity through virtue signaling, but when the rubber meets the road, they are gone and there really is no teeth behind their shallow substance.  This sometimes can be discerned in what they are posting privately and publicly.  Are they genuinely INTERESTED in other Christians and fellowship, or are they coming across as arrogant and selfish.  Again, Christianity is a public faith! So whenever I see the “don’t judge me” deal online, it usually is a red flag to what the person is hiding, discernment can be made this way.

Matthew 7:15 – Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

2 Timothy 3:5 – Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

Discernment can be made also by online behavior. Is the Christian growing and maturing, or are they hit and run play actors.  Only throwing out a verse here and there when their worldly lives are in shambles or distress.  This could be transposed their offline lives because there really should be NO difference.  Are they humble or prideful is another key to this. Christians will confess their faults, a play-actor never really does.

When someone needs help, are they showing up or are they nowhere to be found. Again online or offline, God sees all.  You will be held accountable for all your actions and words.  Hypocrisy is a sin of which if you read the Bible enough, will show that God really despises this sin. Time exposes the hypocritical play actors in this discernment.  As John says:

They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us; but they went out that they might be made manifest, that none of them were of us.

Again, the fake Christian will show their sinful deception in abandonment. When things need to be done, or the serious of the occasion presents itself, they will abandon you in front of the enemy for self-preservation and esteem. They can be seen as the ecumenists and fence sitters and the Oprah “all roads lead to Heaven” false gospel. They can also be seen in your friends list if you look carefully.

Below are added pages to the original book called The Roman Catholic Problem.

ADDED PERSONAL NOTE -REISSUE

Despite this this book being originally published on June 2, 2018, and doing quite well in distribution, the book needed to be hastily pulled by my choice alone. I naively advertised the book on June 2 in a Roman Catholic Facebook group.  I was immediately demonically attacked and threatened from all directions. Many Roman Catholics, I did not know, just viewed the book’s title and it was enough to send them into a hateful rage without even reading a page of the book.  My constant defense was, “Please read the book first before you cast judgments.” The extreme hateful and spiteful attacks increased, and it was sad to see such spiteful venom on a book I had just published and was excited to get this truth out to the world.  After a few hours, I was removed from the Facebook group. Thinking this was over, a couple of Catholics decided to stalk me on Facebook into another group, where they continued their demented and hateful attack.  After a day, they then proceeded to go to the title page on Amazon and continue to obscenely slander, malign, and denigrate me as the author in an almost pure satanic fashion with reprehensible spite and extreme hate, where they trolled readers of the book.  I have had heated debates with Catholics in the past, but nothing of this nature has ever occurred.  One spent at least twelve to fourteen hours a day in highly disturbing and shameful harassing Amazon customers and denigration of myself, and then gave the book a predicted scathing and venomous review, which was a book in of itself.  Another Catholic, gave a review so obscene, Amazon had to take it down. This person spent days, hours, and all hours of the night in obsessive harassment just upon reading the title of the book. They parked on the Amazon parent ad and insanely trolled. They then called in other hateful spiteful Catholics from Facebook to personally malign me as the author and defame my reputation, of which, they also aligned myself with Amazon customers (calling them the author) reviewing the book in this disturbing demonic ranting. This continued around the clock for about two weeks. Calls to Amazon to step in went unnoticed, as they allowed this personal satanic attack to continue and to violate their own rules on reviews.  So, I decided the book had to be taken off the shelf for a time to quell this highly disturbing, inexcusable, and hateful obsession.  What do the workers of Satan not want Catholics to know? The truth about the RCC problems which this book addresses! I speak to fear and efficacy in Roman Catholicism later in this book, and it will affirm this hateful, disturbing, vitriolic, and spiteful behavior.  I can only forgive these satanic offenders as Christ forgave me, and I pray they see the light of Christ and repent of these sins!   Personally, I denounce any such satanic bullying behavior by anyone, and frankly it was something I never witnessed in my forty-three years in the RCC.  In the online world, we are connected outside of our communities and it just solidified what I will say in this book about the faith in Roman Catholicism is a breeding ground for this behavior. Satan cannot stop the truth!  Reviews on this book can be critical and I am not demanding full agreement, but when they cross into personal obsessed, defamatory, and slanderous repeated attacks of myself and the consumers of this book, I as a Christian have every right to defend myself and the Gospel. I do hope, by God’s grace, this truth I write here gets out to those in need and being drawn to Jesus Christ!!

These hateful Catholics do not represent the behavior of the entire Catholic Church, but it will hopefully cast light on the many problems I will touch upon in this book.  Most Catholics can disagree without crossing personal threatening boundaries with a stalking and obsessive disgraceful behavior.  Obviously, there is a certain element who are quite satanically triggered with a mere challenge to the RCC.  I just ask for fairness and common decency, just as any Catholic would ask for in authorship of their books.  These attacks are not on the scale of what Jesus and the Apostles faced. We only read of small portions of what they endured and can only imagine now the demonic shameful, defamatory smearing, slandering, and demented harassment they experienced when sharing the Gospel.  My blog page (jpetrickacom.wordpress.com) will include this note for those who had purchased the book before the republish date.

Ephesians 6:11-13

Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.   Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.”

Press Release – The Roman Catholic Problem Re-Launch!

I am pleased to announce that I have reissued the book titled The Roman Catholic Problem on July 3, 2018.  I chose this date based on the decisive end to the Battle of Gettysburg. (a significant date in U.S. history July 3, 1863)

The book was pulled by my choice from Amazon because of their lack of enforcement in violations in the review/comment section of the parent ad, of which, a couple of Satan’s workers parked on. They continued to harass Amazon reviewers, slander, lie, defame and malign me as the author of this book in a round the clock obsessive fashion.  Further investigation of these specific workers of Satan showed this was not the first time they chose to attack the workers in God’s field of the Gospel.  They seem to target anyone who questions or challenges the Roman Catholic Church in a very vitriolic angry attack.  I have seen these trolls attack Mike Gendron, Matt Slick, and other Christians on Facebook as well with the same sort of demonic venomous rage.

They did not win, and will not win!  This time the book will stay up, and if the attempt is made again to demonically troll it, the readers will be informed as to who they are and what they are attempting to do, by added pages in this book as well, they will expose themselves in any review attempt.

To be honest? It was a blessing, because it added to the truth of this book!

I thank those who have been patiently waiting the relaunch and for your understanding!  I also thank those who have encouraged me through this time!  May God’s word go forth, and the Gospel to every person being drawn to God!

Satan’s workers can spin their wheels!  They will most likely come back and continue their attack, but they will always be unsuccessful in stopping the Gospel!

The Grudge Keepers

Matthew 6:14-15  “if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”

When I was a Roman Catholic, I freely confess I was a grudge keeper.  Anyone who crossed me I would not concede the dispute until the person gave me an apology, but the apology would have to be one that I would accept. It would also would have to have some type of restitution or the grudge would go on.  Someone may have insulted me 5 years before, and I would still be holding onto the insult. If I would see the person again, I would make sure they knew what they said and how wrong they were.  This would go for anything, customer service agents on the phone who said something I didn’t like would hear my profane wrath. I was quite mean-spirited despite externally always showing I was a “good person”, again only to those who hadn’t crossed me or were enabling me in my mean-spiritedness, most likely those who were also as bitter and mean-spirited.

Because Roman Catholics are not taught what true forgiveness is, they really are incapable of showing this type of forgiveness to others. I know personally some in my own family, decades long Roman Catholics who are just like I was, still sad and hardened grudge keepers.  I ask where is the efficacy in Roman Catholicism, if grudge keeping is the result?

Grudge keeping is NOT a mark of a new life in Christ!  Why? Because if you had been released from your own sin debt by Jesus Christ, you know God does not keep an on-going grudge against you.  So how could you keep a grudge against any offender is the question?  And I believe Jesus is pointing out this mark of a new born Christian in Matt 6:14-15.  If you are still a rebel of God, you will find it impossible at times to forgive others.  Some will not even know you are still keeping a grudge as the matter had passed many weeks, months, years ago.

It is safe to say that hardened grudge keepers have not been saved,                         they need the Gospel!

Imagine if God kept a grudge after He said we were forgiven. No one would be saved!  If you are a grudge keeper, examine your faith in Jesus Christ, examine the church you are attending. Ask yourself WHY you are like this still.  Could it be possible that your sins have not been forgiven?  If Jesus Christ paid your entire sin debt, and your eyes and ears are open to realize the ENORMITY of this truth, you will find it impossible over time in your sanctification to hold any grudge.  A saved sinner decades long in this declaration should not be holding bitter grudges in other words, if the Holy Spirit is guiding you, and you are clamoring and clinging to God’s word, grudges will be going against your very nature.
