The verse is a clear rebuke to the Churchian and Churchianity, but will be ignored. Churchianity is not Christianity, it is a developed world view by mankind as a way to somehow take care of a problem we have which is called sin. The Churchian as opposed to the Christian attends a local building with the steeple, bell, organ, candles, with some pomp and circumstance to fulfill what I see is a guilt offering with no repentance.

And that is all Churchianity will be to some, a guilt offering. Having lived the life of heathen all week and even the night before, the Churchian believes by that one hour of attendance it makes it all good with the Almighty God. God must back off on His wrath and an hour or so after this supposed guilt offering, the sin cycle begins again. Repentance is never really realized or achieved in Churchianity, and where the “do not judge me” tolerance slogan is the sounding cry of the Churchian.

How to discern fellowships which are actually Churchianity?
At the head of Churchianity is Satan, the opposition to Christianity where Jesus Christ is the head.
1. In Churchanity the fellowship will have virtually NO accountability to the fellowship. The Churchian will never be confronted by other Churchians if they are living in open sin for example nor will the Churchian pastor care. Repentance is a much too harsh command to follow in Churchianity.

2. Churchianity will always appeal to history as a validation of their faith, never by Scripture and what it teaches by the fruits of the Christian, but by the longevity of this church practicing Churchianity.

3. The congregants of Churchianity will show no life within them. They would be no different than the secular society around them outside their hour of attendance. They are biblically illiterate and really have NO desire to study Scripture or live by its precepts.

4. Churchianity will always appeal to traditions outside Scripture and will bind the Churchians by obligations God never taught nor did His Apostles. Churchianity is definitely non-Apostolic!

5. Humanism is a staple of Churchianity. It equates mankind with God in many respects. To the churchian God is not to be feared, but to be given demands and terms before He can be believed to even exist. Man’s will must never be impeded by God, and man must always be a free agent, free from God if she or he chooses. God must stay in His lane so to speak, and never get involved in man’s affairs unless the Churchian gives Him the permission to do so.

6. The Churchian believes that the dressing up and driving to a church building once a week for an hour or so makes them a Christian, and they identify then as one and expected to be treated as one by the community.

7. In Churchianity, the sinfulness of sin and the holiness of God is almost never spoken of. Tolerance of sin and the perversion of His holiness are rather taught to make the Churchian comfortable. The mini money making operation needs to be sustained, and the Churchian elders know if those subjects are taught, Churchian attendance and membership will drop!

8. Churchanity will use religious rituals as a way to make things right with God. Forget about an actual profession of faith and the resultant fruits such as repentance, all the Churchian needs to do is participate in a smoke and mirrors rituals and wallah! The Churchian is secure for the moment, heaven bound, which is unbiblical in every respect!

9. Churchianity will teach insecurity in Jesus Christ, as the mindset is how else can they insure attendance? The Churchian is led to believe they need to always uncertain in their salvation, thus “come to the church” to make sure of yourself. Instead of reliance on the Holy Spirit who is the seal and guarantee, the Churchian relies on the local building, the church in their mind.

By these points, I do hope if you have been deceived into Churchianity, that you question these things by Scripture alone! See what the Apostles were actually teaching and more importantly DOING and compare your church/fellowship by it. Discern your elders and pastors this way as well! Churchianity is NOT Christianity!

Ezekiel 36:26 “Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh”

A sobering truth from Scripture tells us that human beings do not convert a sinner from darkness to light, this is solely done by God. God says “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you”, however some believe they have the power to do this by rituals or by brute force which has led to a myriad of false conversions and disappointments.

1 Corinthians 3:6 “I planted, Apollos watered, but God was causing the growth.
7 So then neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God who causes the growth.”

Paul explains our place in God’s field, we are planters and waterers of the seed for growth, however we do not convert or give the growth. If you do not understand this or thumb your nose at this, it can become mighty frustrating when a sinner you witness to flat out seemingly rejects you. You must submit to the power of God that the seed you planted or watered by the Gospel will give growth IF God so wills. If it is not His will, there will be no conversion.

We may do this with our personal loved ones, we plant and plant more seeds, we over-water because we really want the conversion, but what we are actually telling God is we don’t trust in Him to do so. You need to walk away from the planting and watering and then let God if He so wills to give the growth, to convert the sinner. Trust in the power of the Gospel!

Jesus said in Matthew 7:6 “Do not give what is holy to dogs, and do not throw your pearls before swine, or they will trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces.” He said this for a reason, because it is truth! If you continue to distrust the Gospel by continually giving it to someone who keeps on rejecting it, don’t expect a happy outcome. Sometimes it can turn into violent reactions from someone you never expected to do so.

Remember the Gospel is a sword, it isn’t puppy dogs and roses and ice cream to a rebellious sinner. It cuts to the heart, because it asks the rebel sinner to submit to the Almighty God, to repent of their sins. Roman Catholics for example reject the Gospel for their worldly religion, the Gospel is hard on their ears because it shows light on the darkness of their idolatry and blasphemy.

Be content in your duty for the King as a planter or a waterer and always make sure you are not overstepping God’s bounds as the growth giver.

2 Corinthians 11:14 “And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light”

Satan is a master at deception, he isn’t omniscient or omnipresent or omnipotent, but controls a vast network of evil. After witnessing to many from all walks of life and various world religions, if you are paying attention, one can discern Satan and his minions using parrots to their bidding.

You might hear after an evil crime was committed someone claiming “the devil made me do it”. Whether this is true or not, I do not know, but can say the devil is much more involved in masquerading as an angel of light. He and his minions are much more busy with world religions who they use as their parrots.

Their goal? Take ALL eyes off the person and work of Jesus Christ. Castigate Jesus into being a powerless Savior, uncaring, out of touch, and His word in Scripture as being too confusing much too hard to believe as being sufficient. They will use everything necessary including parrots to do their bidding. A parrot meaning the sinner will parrot what these demons are whispering.

Here is a sampling of Satan and his use of parrots and some of the lines if effect you will hear:

“Scripture cannot be sufficient in of itself, it cannot be the ultimate authority for truth”.

“There is no such thing as eternal security in Jesus Christ. You need to work for your salvation and cross your fingers. Don’t depend on His work to save you”. Note: This is their favorite parroted line!

“Our church is the church Jesus established. There needs to be no further discernment on this based on the Gospel. Even if our doctrines cannot be confirmed by Scripture, you are wrong”.

“God is not the only one you should pray to in heaven. Others should be prayed to as well”.

“Jesus Christ’s death on the cross was NOT sufficient to save you, you need more than just to believe (such as purgatory to cleanse you)”.

“What idolatry? We don’t worship others, we venerate and honor them. So what if it looks like worship, sounds like worship, it is not worship”.

“Jesus gave up His authority to a pope, depend on the pope, not so much on Jesus Christ, believe the pope, not so much what Jesus said in the Bible”.

“One God in 3 distinct persons? Wrong! There is just one God, no distinct persons.” Note: There are variations in Satan’s anti-trinitarian parrots.

“There are no alones in Christianity”…Note: Meaning there is no such thing as faith alone in Jesus Christ as Scripture teaches, or that Jesus alone did not die on the Cross or that by Scripture alone one could not have faith in Jesus and by this faith have life in His name.

“Man’s tradition are equal to God’s word in authority, no matter if these traditions do not line up with His word”.

Now some might call me “unkind” for exposing Satan’s parrots. I call it being truthful and standing firm in the Gospel! I for one will never back down to the prince of darkness and his masquerade as he then uses the parrots to employ emotional appeals of victimhood. Jesus and John the Baptist called them a “brood of vipers”…Vipers, parrots, a distinction without a difference.

Be on the watch for these parrots, expose them! Do not let Satan rule the day. Some parrots don’t understand or realize they are doing his bidding, they must be educated and be told the truth. Never let the promotion to reduce Jesus Christ in any way, shape, or form, to be the last word. Rather stand up, stay firm! Despite the naysayers, and the emotional appeals, I can assure you that I for one will never back down to that darkness until by dying breath! Jesus paid a price, a MASSIVE price, remember this!

Having been in God’s field sharing the Gospel for many years to His glory alone, there has been one central favorite claim of Satan and his minions have constantly parroted through unbelievers. That is “there is NO eternal assurance of salvation in the person and work of Jesus Christ”.

One place this message rings from its steeples is the Roman Catholic Church. Catholics are taught to DOUBT in the person and work of Jesus Christ, not to trust any faith alone in Him and thus are quite uncertain as to what their eternal future will bring.

Catholics will by their blind pious rhetoric claim that they are merely a “work in progress”, and then at the same time claim there is NO assurance in Jesus Christ. By Satan’s favorite claim of “no eternal assurance in Jesus Christ”, the Catholic is led to believe this is absolute truth. My central question to this is how can a church claim it is a Christian church and then teach such utter depraved nonsense to actually doubt in the promise of salvation and its complete assurance in Jesus Christ?

Put it this way, if there is no eternal assurance in Jesus Christ, then all those promises of eternal assurance in Scripture are ALL untrue! This is black and white, there are NO nuances in this either. And is why the Roman Catholic Church while promoting a Christian label cannot be the church Jesus is building!

Jesus promised a church of which the gates of hell would never prevail against. The Roman Catholic church is a church where those gates of hell prevail over it time and time again by each Catholic who doubts in the promise of salvation through the person and work of Jesus Christ.

The Roman Catholic church trumps up Satan’s claim by telling a Catholic for example they are one missed Mass away from eternal damnation, this would include extra biblical Marian feast days. Satan has to be delighted at such a claim as it furthers the doubt in Jesus Christ and ALL the promises God made of eternal assurance in Him.

Nothing will draw up the ire more so in me personally than one who openly promotes doubt in Jesus Christ and His eternal assurance of salvation. Why? Because that claim comes straight from Satan himself with his minion parrots. World religions have bought his lie, hook, line, and sinker! It is the antithesis to the Good News! And as a Christian, I will fight to my dying day against Satan’s garbage and his lies in duty to my King Jesus Christ. If you teach doubt in Jesus Christ, don’t be surprised if I label you as “Satan’s parrot”.

I boldly and sternly rebuke Satan and his ignorant minions who parrot ANY doubt in Jesus Christ and His promises of eternal salvation in Jesus Christ’s name with God as my ongoing witness! I can put up with a merry-go-round of nonsense of a false gospel out of boredom, but this is where if that line is crossed, you will get NO quarter from me nor should it be given by anyone who calls themselves a Christian.

I sternly rebuke the doubt, the mistrust, and any and all the promotions of the lack of confidence in the eternal assurance of Jesus Christ! If you are attending a church which does so, it is time to leave Satan’s parrots!
